Just turn on the power, set the timer and temperature, and you're done.
The time setting can be set up to a maximum of 2 hours. Please refer to this and highly recommend it.

I've never tried it before. In terms of structure, that's not something that can be easily reversed.

This cushion does exactly what it's supposed to do and can be adjusted to 9 levels of heating and 4 levels of duration.
The mat is washable after carefully removing the power cord.

For its price, it's considered very nice. During the cold weather, I felt pain in my stomach, and it really helped me as a man. And during my period, I found it useful. I've gotten used to using gel packs that I heat in the microwave, but the only downside is that the small blanket isn't very soft.

I always have tightness in my standing muscles due to a lumbar disc, but every time I use it, it relaxes really well, and the heat temperature itself is very high, which is really nice.
If you replace it with a Daiso grounding plug, you can use it safely.
I use the EU plug as is because it's a Xiaomi power strip.
I'm seriously considering buying more; highly recommended!

I love this! it can get very warm so i suggest just keeping it on level 5 or 6. it does make a soft buzzing sound as it heats the pad. it is quite comfortable and soft to lay on also the control is easy to use.

It has 6 speeds, heats up very quickly, and also has the option to set a timer, from 30 minutes up to 120 minutes. It's quite large and covers the lumbar area and back very well if you position it differently. I recommend it.
