- 30-day returns: you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories.
- To start a return, email support@restoraura.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Return shipping: free if the item arrived damaged or defective; otherwise the customer pays return shipping.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the item.
- Damaged or defective items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost.
