Orders and shipping

Where do you ship? We ship to the 48 contiguous US states. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

How much is shipping? Standard shipping is free on all orders.

How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, then delivered in 6-10 business days. Total: 7-12 business days. You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Returns

Can I return an item? Yes, within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns page for details.

My item arrived damaged. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or refund at no cost.

Recovery boots

How long should I use them? One 15-minute session is a good start. Begin on the lowest intensity.

Will they fit my legs? The long model covers foot to upper thigh and fits thighs up to 25 in. (64 cm) around.

Is it loud? The pump makes a soft humming sound, similar to a small fan.

Who should not use them? Do not use over open wounds. If you are pregnant or have a health condition, ask your doctor before use.
